We are pleased to announce that Casey Chard has joined chambers, effective immediately, following the successful completion of pupillage.
Casey accepts instructions in all areas of criminal work. Having gained extensive experience in the Magistrates’ Court during pupillage, Casey is quickly developing a strong practice in the Crown Court, both prosecuting and defending. Recent instructions include allegations of violence, controlling and coercive behaviour, burglary and fraud. Prior to qualifying, Casey represented his university nationally at mooting and client-interviewing competitions. In 2021, Casey mooted before Sales LJ at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.
For further information about Casey’s practice, or to instruct him, please contact Tony George, Senior Criminal Clerk, on clerks@pumpcourtchambers.com or +44 (0)20 7353 0711.
