This year, the finance update will be delivered by Tara Lyons. This will be followed by a lively debate, with Edward Boydell, Stuart McGhee, Amelia Sugden and Mark Ablett “Financial Remedies law is as settled now as it has ever been”.Following the debate, there will be a closing Q&A session giving you the opportunity to have experienced counsel guide you on any technical questions or to simply update you on changing practices.
