Sophie Smith, AdvDipFA – Chartered Financial Planner, Adanac Financial Services
Sophie is a Chartered Financial Adviser with over 10 years’ experience in financial services. An Associate Member of Resolution, Sophie has quickly become our go to person for all pensions and divorce related enquiries. Working closely with family lawyers often acting as a financial neutral to help clients to fully understand the financial implications of their divorce. Assisting clients at all stages of the divorce process; Sophie is regularly instructed by clients and lawyers to prepare complex Pension Reports and often supports clients at the end of the divorce process by advising them on the implementation of their pension sharing orders and supporting them with future financial planning.

 

James Boddey FPFS, Chartered Financial Planner, Adanac Financial Services
Jim is a Chartered Financial Adviser and one of a select number of advisers who is also a Resolution Accredited IFA. Jim has many years’ experience in dealing with Family Law matters mainly relating to pensions and divorce and has built up a reputation as one of the leading practitioners in the South West in this often sensitive area.

 

Martin Blount, Pump Court Chambers
Martin is an experienced matrimonial practitioner. He specialises primarily in financial settlement (ancillary relief) cases, involving company trusts and pensions, which also include Schedule 1 Children Act cases and Trust of Land claims. Martin also has an in depth experience in children matters, from contact and residence to removal of a child from the jurisdiction.

 

Richard Hall, Pump Court Chambers
Richard practices predominantly in matrimonial property, finance and co-habitee property disputes. His experience also includes complex high value claims, involving businesses, pensions and where there has been dissipation of assets.Richard is well regarded for his extensive preparation and mastery of the detail in complex financial cases.
