Hot off the press from the Court of Appeal, Re H-N and others (children) [2021] EWCA Civ 448 has the potential to redefine (or start to redefine) the way in which the Family Court approaches domestic abuse, particularly more nuanced allegations like coercive and controlling behaviour.
Penny Howe QC & Jennifer Swan will look at what has changed and what is likely to change in future and discuss how practitioners can navigate cases involving allegations of domestic abuse going forward.
The event is aimed at any private children practitioners and follows the recent podcast in relation to the same case.
