Alejandra Llorente Tascon represented H before the Crown Court at Swindon facing charges of sexual assault. It was alleged that H had followed a 15-year old girl on her way to school and while on a small and isolated road, H lifted up the complainant’s school skirt and touched her buttocks. The complainant picked out H in an ID parade and made various statements to the police describing the perpetrator. There were a number of other ID witnesses in this matter.

Following a finding of unfitness to plead and the robust challenge of the ID evidence in this matter, the jury returned Not Guilty verdicts.
