Alejandra Llorente Tascon appeared before the Crown Court at Southampton to represent her client following guilty pleas to 3 counts of making indecent images of children (Cat A, B, and C), 3 counts of distributing indecent images of children (Cat A, B, and C) and 1 count of possession of prohibited images. The charges arose out of a combination of over 4,000 still and moving images of a penetrative nature involving children aged between 3 years of age to 15 years of age.
Alejandra persuaded the judge to reduce the starting point in light of the circumstances and impose a suspended sentence. The client was subsequently sentenced to an 18-month custodial sentence suspended for 2 years with a single condition to complete 50 days of Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.
