Father successfully obtains change in living arrangements and resists removal from jurisdiction in the High Court

Tara Lyons has successfully represented a father in an urgent application to the High Court for a prohibited steps order, port alert and living arrangements order in circumstances where the Mother, resident parent had indicated that she wished to move abroad to Oman and had breached a Prohibited Steps Order already in place. At the return hearing despite the continuing order for the surrender of the passports and prohibited steps protecting against removal, Tara persuaded Mostyn J that there should be a whole sale change of living arrangements in the Father’s favour.
