Sam gained significant exposure to employment law under the supervision of Heather Platt during pupillage. He has developed a keen interest in this area. He has been instructed in discrimination, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, and deduction of wages matters. He has acted pro bono on an EAT appeal on behalf of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Bar Pro Bono Unit.
