Lucy Morell




Lucy frequently appears in courts on the Western and South Eastern Circuits, and is happy to venture further afield if required.

She both prosecutes and defends, and represents clients in Magistrates’ Courts, Youth Courts, Crown Courts, and Courts Martial. 

Her most recent cases include Crown Court and Courts Martial trials (assaults; affray; inflicting GBH; assault occasioning ABH; perjury), and sentencing hearings.


Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence

Lucy also accepts instructions in civil cases. 

She has acted for claimants and defendants in small claims and fast track trials. 

She represents clients in MOJ Stage 3 hearings, personal injury, and credit hire matters.
