Sits as a legal assessor for the General Medical Council, the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the General Dental Council. He is experienced in regulatory cases with environmental aspects and has appeared in the Crown Court and Court of Appeal on behalf of individuals and property developers convicted of breaching Tree Preservation Orders. He has represented defendants in the Crown Court on all areas of motoring related offences from driving without due care and attention (careless driving), dangerous driving and drink driving through to Death by Carelss & Death by Reckless driving
