Children Private Law

John’s practice includes difficult cases involving international elements, as well as those involving both physical and sexual abuse.  John is regularly asked to act for parents, grandparents and for children in all levels of court.

Family Finance

He is regularly instructed to act in complex disputes, involving companies, trusts, overseas property and cases involving medium to high value assets.  He is also asked to deal with cases concerning financial provision for children.
