Catherine has great expertise in all aspects of matrimonial finance with extensive experience of complex medium and high net worth cases. She is highly skilled in dealing with cases involving companies and family businesses, non-disclosure, off-shore trusts, and pension issues. 

Children Public Law

Catherine is skilled in all characteristics of public and private law work relating to children.  In public law matters, she has extensive experience of cases involving death, non-accidental injuries, physical and sexual abuse and serious neglect and has a particular interest in cases involving medical issues.

Children Private Law

She also undertakes claims under Schedule 1 of the Children Act for financial provision for children.
