Pump Court Chambers are pleased to announce our annual Court of Protection (COP) seminar for 2017, which aims to provide a valuable and in-depth update on the law, practice and procedure in this area. Building on the success of last year's seminar, the upcoming seminar will include a Health & Welfare update (to include an overview of medical decisions, including childbirth and costs of treatment), a Property & Affairs update, a Deprivation of Liberty update, and a practical guide to decision making. A guest speaker from Hampshire CC will also be joining us.
