Court of Protection Seminar

Pump Court Chambers are pleased to announce our annual Court of Protection (CoP) seminar for 2017, which aims to provide a valuable and in-depth update on the law, practice, and procedure in this area. Building on the success of last year's seminar, the upcoming seminar will include a Health & Welfare Update a Property & Affairs Update, a Deprivation of Liberty Update, an overview of Medical Decisions, including childbirth and costs of treatment, a practical guide to decision making and thinking outside the box and a Practice & Procedure Update. The seminar is designed to give practitioners an up to date overview of all the key issues in an easily comprehensible format and is suitable for all CoP practitioners.
